Yes. The HRSN meal benefit is authorized under New York's NYHER 1115 Medicaid Waiver, which applies to all NY Medicaid managed care plans including Healthfirst. Your Healthfirst enrollment makes you eligible — you don't need to do anything extra with your health plan to access this benefit.
